I need to point out that men can get breast cancer too, not just trans men, cis men.
It is rarer for men to have breast cancer, but they are more likely to die, this may be because a lot of men are diagnosed with it later and because of a lack of adequate treatment. There’s just not enough awareness that men can get it too.
So essentially: Everyone check ur chest!! You are not immune to cancer!
any time you get a new lump on your body - anywhere - you should def see someone about that, or at least call them and ask about it if you don’t have time to make an appointment. best case it’s just a cyst or something and they take it right out and biopsy it to be sure and then send you on your merry way! worst case it’s something serious and you did yourself a favor by going in ASAP.
